Well it's an unofficial Wrangler Hellcat Edition. The guys down at Hauk Designs have come up with a combination that would put a smile on any off road enthusiast face. They take a wrangler and shoe horn 6.2 liters of supercharged Hellcat Hemi awesomeness under the hood! That's right I said Hemi!
Folks have been stuffing V-8 power plants in jeep wranglers for a long time. Hell some of the old jeeps came standard with an AMC V-8. Nowadays guys are putting Hemi's and Chevy LS series engines out of pickups into their rides. But all I can say is WOW! when I look at the photo above. I really think the guys at Hauk Designs are on to something special. I believe they do too because production is rumored to be limited to only 50 of these beauties. There is no price listed either but I can only imagine that it is going to be north of 100k.
Now you wouldn't expect them to stop with an engine swap would you? It would be pretty boring to put all that awesome under the hood to leave everything else bone stock. Thank the jeep gods they have a build sheet with a whole laundry list of options for this bad kitty.
